Seasoned Believers Come FORTH!
Now that you have been delivered, set free from drugs, abuse, sexual addiction, murder, lying, cheating, stealing, gossiping, backbiting, racism, white or blue collar crimes, etc. and you have given your testimony how God saved you from the snare of Satan and has been good to you, “What About Our Children?”
You learned how to wage and fight the invisible warfare that the enemy planned against you and came out victorious. What are you going to do with your testimony of VICTORY? Again, I ask “What About Our Children?”
Our children are fighting an invisible fight everyday against an invisible enemy they are not equipped or
experienced to fight. The enemy continues to come at them with tactics of drugs, abuse, illiteracy, high school dropouts, teen pregnancy, bullying, gangs, teen violence, guns, racism, promiscuity, AIDS, orphanhood, and children of divorced parents, sibling rivalry, broken parent and child relationships, fatherless and motherless children and more. But YOU know how to fight and win. YOU have proven it!
Join me in getting our children back to the basics by following and teaching God’s principles for a victorious life. Become a mentor for kids, teens and young adults to help them navigate through the issues of life. Help them reach their God given DESTINY and become all that God has pre-ordained for their lives.
For His Kingdom,
Brenda Diann Johnson

Creating Books To Promote Diversity And Multiculturalism
Join ASWIFTT RADIO Host Brenda Diann Johnson on May 22, 2021 at 1 pm CST, 2 pm EST and 11 am PST on the show “Creating Books To Promote Diversity and Multiculturalism.” Her guest will be Ashley Charleston who is the author of “Nyasia’s Bee-utiful Discovery.” The discussion will highlight the need for diverse books when teaching our kids in schools today. Students of various backgrounds should receive a quality education while identifying with the content presented in the classroom.
Diversity and Multiculturalism is essential when it comes to educating our kids. When teachers
enter the classroom at the beginning of a new year they are faced with providing a curriculum that offers equality for all students. According to the Declaration of Independence all men are created equal and they should have the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Throughout the nation’s history since 1776, marginalized and excluded groups such as women, African Americans, Native Americans, and other cultural and ethnic groups have used this idea to justify and defend the extension of human rights to them and to end institutional discrimination, such as sexism, racism, and discrimination against people with disabilities. (Branch, 2006)
When teachers get to know their students at the beginning of the year they can effectively create curriculums that incorporate multicultural education. However, according to Banks, establishing a multicultural education curriculum is not enough to achieve multicultural education in the classroom. He further states “Multicultural education is also a reform movement designed to bring about a transformation of the school so that students from both genders and from diverse cultural, language, and ethnic groups will have an equal chance to experience school success.” (Banks, 2013)
Teachers should always create curriculums and lesson plans that match the demographics of their classrooms. Creating curriculums and lessons plans that match the demographics of a classroom starts with content integration. Content integration is where teachers start when gathering the material they want to teach. In this stage teachers must be careful to find material from all cultures to make up the material content for their lesson. They should also have visual examples from various cultures. Having examples from various cultures will play a key part with visual, auditory and kinesthetic learners.

This book also takes a look at the aftermath it had on his family. Even though David was a man after God’s own heart, his sin of adultery displeased God. Many remember David for his prayer of repentance in Psalm 51. God forgave David but God also promised that the SWORD would never leave David’s house. God also sent word through Nathan that David would suffer calamity within his own household. (2 Samuel 12:9-12)

What About Our Children?
Now that you have been delivered, set free from drugs, sexual addiction, murder, lying, cheating, stealing, gossiping, backbiting, racism, white and blue collar crimes, etc and you have given your testimony of how God has saved you from the snare of the enemy and has been good to you, “What About Our Children?”
You have learned how to wage and fight the invisible warfare that the enemy planned against you and have come out victorious. What are you going to do with your testimony of VICTORY? Again I ask “What About Our Children?”
Our children are fighting the invisible fight everyday against an invisible enemy they are not equipped or experienced to fight. The enemy continues to come at them with tactics of illiteracy, high school drop outs, teen pregnancy, bullying, gangs, teen violence, guns, racism, promiscuity, AIDS, orphan hood, and children of divorced parents, sibling rivalry, broken parent and child relationships, fatherless and motherless children and more. But YOU know how to fight and win. YOU have proven it!
Join ASWIFTT RADIO Host Brenda Johnson Padgitt and her Co-Hosts Eunice Bridges and Glenda Fields online at www.blogtalkradio.com/aswifttradio on April 20, 2013 at 1 p.m. CST as they discuss relevant issues that children deal with in today’s society. ASWIFTT RADIO also welcomes Guest Host Michael Guinn of M G Entertainment. He is a social worker who has raised awareness in the community about child abuse issues and more. He is the founder of S.L.A.M. (Spoken Language Arts Methods) and is known in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and abroad for hosting Poetry Events.
ASWIFTT RADIO Hosts will discuss issues of child abuse, both physical and mental, education in the home and school, bullying, gangs, teen violence, foster homes for children, orphans, teen pregnancy, children of divorced parents, parent and child relationships, sibling rivalry and more. We will also direct parents and others who care for kids to resources and organizations that can help them. The discussion is to encourage listeners to get involved and become strong advocates for children because it takes a village to raise a child.
ASWIFTT RADIO Co-Hosts will also reference and discuss their latest books as additional resources for parents and kids. A Day Like Mine and A Child’s Laughter by Eunice Bridges, How Did I Get Into This Mess? and My Baby Sister by Brenda Johnson Padgitt and Glenda Field’s book, Diary of a Man and Heart of a Woman.
